School is no longer just a social institution, operating autonomously lead role separate from society and reality. But it has become closely linked to the environment and the community, so as to ensure a successful and meaningful educational process. The development of a future of this phase in which we live in the center of education, a key demand of the educational processes constantly renewed.
In order to assure an educational performance development at the school, we must look at the reality in with we live, the circumstances of its teachers, material processing and ties its own unique meaning.
The development plan would have to come from inside the school and by the teacher’s loyalty not to forget the parents and the important role that can be done in this area. Therefore, it has been assigned to numbers of committees.
We strive to achieve our mission using approaches based on our philosophy.
We believe that:
- Teachers and administrators are role models, guides and facilitators who design and manage the learning environment using a wide range of materials and techniques.
- Every student has individual needs and abilities which must be acknowledged and recognized.
- Education must be enjoyable and should enable students to develop academically, emotionally, socially, physically, morally and creatively.
- Students learn best when they are actively engaged in the learning process.
Parents, teachers and students are partners in the process of education.
